Rule for entering the Empowerment Dormitory will be changed from AY 2020
In principle all first- and second-year students in the Ph.D. Program in Empowerment Informatics (EMP) reside in the Empowerment Dormitory. However, it will be changed from AY 2020 and is for only students who want to reside.
