Title: EMP X Shintaisei (Physical enhancement and its expression within the brain)
Summary: Our advanced brain functions are grounded in our bodies. In what way will the physical transformation and enhancement technologies being developed at a dizzying pace today transform expression within the brain itself? And what kinds of changes will that force on our own consciousness of our bodies? This seminar will explore unsolved mysteries of the body with guest speakers who are leaders in the fields of physical enhancement technologies, neuroscience, rehabilitation medicine, and psychiatry in Japan.
