BA Psychology from The University of Tokyo, MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School. After 24 years of working experience at global companies such as UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), and Intel, now doing the executive coaching and of organizational development for venture companies and corporate management from 2015 June.

Abstract: Describes the contents of the basic project management requirements like resources (people, goods, and budget) and skills (communication, time management, prioritization, team management, and goal setting) with concrete examples.

Abstract: Will practice and demonstrate skills of Part 1 in workshop, by simulating several communication styles such as effective motivation and the relationship management. This is similar to a training class of the global manager and director of Intel for stakeholder management.
