The University of Tsukuba Financial Support Scheme for Special Fellows aims to assist the students enrolled in the Ph.D. Program in Empowerment Informatics to plan and conduct their own research in a self-directed and creative manner during the period of their study and lead them to become the global leaders of the future. The students accepted for the Special Fellows are eligible to receive the Financial Support.
