Title:
Ars Electronica as Creative Catalysts
Abstract:
Art, technology, society. Since 1979, Ars Electronica has sought out inter-linkages and congruities, causes and effects. The ideas circulating here are innovative, radical, eccentric in the best sense of that term. They influence our everyday life―our lifestyle, our way of life, every single day.
Hideaki Ogawa is an artist, curator and research in the Ars Electronica. He is a key person in Ars Electronica who has conducted numerous international creative projects among art, technology and society. This presentation will show the unique catalytic activities of Ars Electronica Linz Austria, including his artistic projects.
