Second-year student Satoki Ogiso (advisor: Prof. Koichi Mizutani, Faculty of Engineering, Information and Systems) wins Second Prize (merit award, YPs section) in 7th Career Development Essay Contest for Young Professionals and Women Engineers

I entered this contest (cosponsored by the IEEE Tokyo Young Professionals Affinity Group,the IEEE Japan Council Women In Engineering Affinity Group,and the IEEE Kansai Young Professionals Affinity Group), which accepted entries through October 2, 2015, with an essay titled “Career Planning and Self Worth.” As a result, on Saturday, November 28, 2015 I was presented with Second Prize (merit award, YPs section) during the awards ceremony held during the 12th IEEE TOWERS, reflecting the judges’ high opinion of the essay’s message and the stance and power of action it described with regard to one’s career.
